Precision stamped and bent from high-quality 80% nickel Permalloy sheets, our miniature bending components feature compact dimensions, well-defined structural edges, and precise angle/positioning tolerances for U-shapes, L-shapes, and irregular configurations. Designed with assembly-friendly features such as positioning slots, locking tabs, and mounting holes, these parts enable quick plug-in, snap-fit, or screw assembly to streamline mass production. Strict stress-relief annealing after forming eliminates cold-work induced internal stresses, preserving the material's high initial permeability (μi) for effective localized magnetic shielding. Precision deburring, cleaning, and optional passivation treatments ensure burr-free edges and clean surfaces, meeting the stringent cleanliness standards of high-precision electronic assembly.
