Unlike sheet metal forming, the material-removal machining process preserves the alloy's intrinsic grain structure and permeability characteristics. Combined with stress-relief aging treatments, this ensures stable high initial permeability (μi) under complex loading conditions, effectively eliminating external magnetic field interference while providing high-rigidity structural bases with integrated magnetic shielding functionality.
