MuMetal Mirror-Finish Machined Components
Manufactured from high-grade 80% nickel Permalloy and finished with ultra-precision mirror-polishing, our components deliver a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.05 μm. This stress-free, defect-free finish enhances both visual quality and mechanical durability, while preventing stress-induced degradation of magnetic permeability.
With exceptionally high initial and maximum permeability, the components provide superior magnetic shielding, effectively absorbing and redirecting stray fields to protect sensitive electronics in weak-signal environments.
