Mu Metal Shielding covers are produced from high permeability nickel iron alloy and provide excellent low frequency magnetic field attenuation with low coercive forces.

Our well equipped manufacturing lines enable our capacity for producing high volume, deep drawn shielding covers, while our highly skilled workers are able to make shielding covers in smaller volumes from a variety of methods, including metal spinning as well as traditional techniques.

All of our Mu Metal shielding parts can be matched with lids and bespoke aperture configurations, and are supplied in a pure hydrogen annealed condition to optimise final magnetic properties.
